Quality Policy

In order to guarantee the quality of the translation service that it delivers, the management of Versalia Traducción, S.L. has defined a Quality Policy whose main objective is to provide its clients with quality services that fulfil the stated, mutually agreed requirements and provide real solutions to specific problems.

Quality is a commitment on the part of Versalia Traducción, S.L. and an individual responsibility for its personnel, and it must be expressed in concrete actions that reflect, both internally and externally, an image of the company that is identified with professionalism and quality of service.

Consequently, our actions are oriented towards:

  • EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS: Monitoring to ensure that we meet our clients’ needs and expectations at all times.

The Quality Policy will be posted on the corporate server so that the staff are familiar with it, and it will be made available to third parties that are related to the company (clients, service providers, etc.).
